Hard Lessons
Faster does not equal better. Turns out the entire wood floor has to be picked up and put back down with seam glue. The floor installers thought it to be a versatile locking wood plank..but no. It is definitely NOT as the boards are now pulling apart. They jumped into the job too quickly and now we are paying the price. I cried all day, but they agreed to come back asap and pull it up and fix it. On the bright side my awesome "Team Raul y Anna" are working hard on trim work and doors and they look BEAUTIFUL! I am also hiring Raul to build our bathroom and laundry cabinets and vanities...and he is tiling the bathroom and kitchen floors. He does it all, and he does really nice work. We were lucky to find him and Anna. Donnie and I are installing light fixtures and painting at night after kids go to bed. Never-ending work :)

Buenos Suerte, mi amiga. :)
so very sorry - I don't like it when things don't go as planned either... make sure you glue those floors down really well... our installer didn't in some places and they popped under our feet until charles fixed them - major surgery, drilled into the floor, put glue into the hole with a syringe and then filled the hole and we used a stain pen - cannot even tell... no more popping though!
