Well after 5 days and four showings, the house sold! A lovely couple and their precious baby boy will be living at 516 Blackman St. in December. They are actually friends of the family. Everything has worked out perfectly because they were looking to close in 90 days, and that was fine by us as we have much work to do in the new house. Donnie and I have been really lucky, well, blessed actually in regards to our major life changes...God just works it out. Whew--now I don't have to worry about a spotless house with our two lil' tornadoes :)

Unreal! I was wondering how difficult it would be to keep the house in "showing condition" with 2 little ones. Fantastic for ya'll!
