It's official. Our cute 'lil house is for sale! Let's hope someone else will love it as we do! FYI: this is Donnie's childhood home, so Broussards have lived here for over 25 years! WOW! Now we will be moving on to another Broussard family home...funny huh? We just love a good sentimental fixer upper. This is the perfect first house so pass the word on to any potential buyers :)

Such a cute house! I can't imagine it would take a long time to sell. If you want some help from above get a St. Joseph selling kit from Crossroads! We used it before and our house sold in less than 2 weeks. Then Hurricane Rita hit, while under contract and the house did great. St. Joseph is suppose to protect your house. To this day, I have statue of him in my backyard. Just a little FYI. I figured hey, what can it hurt by giving it a try.
