Ok- so Parker has an invisible 2 ft/ cord that connects the two of us. He HAS to be near me, touching me, ON me at all times at all costs! He is so cute, but sometimes mama needs to do stuff without the sidekick at her feet. So this morning I said enough and drug out the pack-n-play. I have only used it for him to sleep, but now he's playing in it. My little house has no room for it in the living room, but I made a corner! He was happy as a clam, and I was able to clean the kitchen. Ahhhhh sweet, sweet pack-n-play!

I always forget the pack-n-play or feel guilty for "caging" her....but she always always loves it. Boundaries are a good thing. I'm just a slow learner. Happy you're getting a little breathing space. (btw - I love the picture of Parker in the sailor hat from your vacation pics. Adorable!)
girl, i had to corral audrey like this - she was everywhere!! I would put on a baby einstine movie and put some toys in there and let her be.. got so much done during that time! thanks for the reminder of this! :) I also brought it and popped it up by the pool when there was a breeze - so i didn't have to watch her too closely... she always tried crawling right into the water!
