Parker is growing on up! He has mastered pulling up on anything and everything, which includes walking his way around the couch and ottoman to get the remote control at ALL COSTS! He is eating #3 foods and feeding himself some stuff. I am counting down the days until I can switch him to cow's milk and table food because he is eating us out of house and home! That darn baby food is getting costly...when said baby eats 2-3 containers a feeding! He is getting some teeth (just starting to teeth). And he is still doing the speed centipede as his main mode of transportation, although he did crawl normally across the room yesterday and now acts like it never happened. I'll try to upload a video of that because it is humorous.
We went swimming at Graywood with the Cunninghams the other day and both kids were in heaven. Mad swims all around with her floaties and P floats in a lil' baby boat while nonchalantly splashing his foot. I think he was a surfer dude in a past life. Peace out.

i had jack eating table food at Parkers age...mainly b/c he wouldn't eat anything else, and the doctors said that was fine. he loved muffins, corn bread, butter/cheese bread, corn dogs,& mini pancakes!
Geez Louise - that's one motivated little munchkin! Those eyes are amazing.
John Paul is a pretty expensive eater. I just started toasting some bread with lots of butter (I was told to fatten him up) and diced peaches. Maybe if he has some finger foods to start him out (an apetizer if you will) and then he may not eat as much baby foods. I normally don't like shopping at walmart, but their baby food is so much cheaper. I have also seen canned purees at Target- it's a bit cheaper and lasts longer. Last thing- have you thought about blending up left-overs for him? It stretches the baby food too.
