Madeline had her Mardi Gras parade at OLQH Last week. It was a much anticipated event and Donnie and I worked hard on her float! Her big cousin William is in 5th grade, and the 5th graders traditionally pull the kindergartners in the parade!! This was a very special day and Mad was soooo excited for William to pull her. The boys has a blast and Everett acted like a parade veteran :) We should have just stuck to this parade and bypassed the big parade on Tuesday because this was MORE than enough. My kids are not too keen on the loud noises and truck horns in the Krewe of Krewes Parade...except Ev, as I mentioned before acted like he's been going to parades his whole life (all 16 months of it)!

Okay, that last picture of Ev is just PRECIOUS!!!! Kudos to you and Donnie for the awesome float. Your kids are all so adorable. Perfect blend of the two of you.
