Warning this post is about breast feeding! lol some of you won't be very interested :)
I am having the hardest time with Everett. I cannot seem to wean this baby! He is very attached to breast feeding, as am I, and he is not interested in drinking formula or milk what so ever. He actually spits it at me....and smiles and laughs...or cries, which is even worse.
I am down to only nursing morning and night...and the occasional mid-day session for comfort (he seems to be in some teething pain). He is attacking me trying to nurse...
Which brings me to the next problem...TEETH!
Can we say ouch ladies. He is a chewer.
I feel very guilty for weaning him but he will be one this month! Where did this time go??!! Anyway, I need some advise! How can I wean him? Do I just stop cold turkey since it is a minimum amount of sessions...or cut out morning for a few days and then the night. I never thought I would still be nursing, but it has been wonderful and easy, and as I say, I am lazy! I hate to prepare bottles :)

I have no advice. I can barely sympathize. But I'm sure the two of you will eventually figure it out. I really just stopped by to say those boys are so good looking and hurry up and give a tour of your house (the little parts I see on here are beautiful!)
I am with Kaela! By the 6th month of Anna Kate's life I was so done with breast feeding. I slowly (one bottle here and there, I started with night time) made her take the bottle. If she was hungry enough she would take it. Luckily he is almost the magical 1 so you could easily give him whole milk (like his big sister and brother get.. make a big deal out of that) and other substitutes, food wise. You are such a great mother. Don't worry he will not go to high school breast feeding :) Take your time and enjoy it, there is no time limit. That is your baby still so don't feel pressured.
