it's been very hard to move on from my last post about the passing of my Nana. Every time I sit down to write about something I can't think about anything else. Death is so...final. I mean, I know that sounds dumb, but I just was not ready to have my Nana gone. She was a part of most every holiday, vacation and birthday memory I have.
But the sun keeps setting and rising...we all must go on. We will carry her with us in our hearts on those vacations and at those holiday and birthday parties...and I am sure we will talk about her and laugh and cry.
Everything's gonna be alright!
In other news...I have been busy, busy, busy! I've been sewing and monogramming up a storm. I have turned my lil' hobby into a lil' business. I finally am able to devote some time to this because Everett is almost one year, and Madeline is in school. I will be re-opening my Etsy store soon :) and hopefully, God willing, I will upgrade my machine situation... Yay! It's nice to make money doing something you love.
Here is a little bit of what I've been up to... appliqued T-shirts for the Pre-K teachers at Henry Heights :)
basket liner and embroidery
giant sized applique and monogrammed shower curtain
And a custom bathroom towel set:)

I didn't want to post much after posting about the Lewis family, either. I know each individual experiences loss and pain differently, so I won't try to compare to yours- just know you are all being prayed for. You have your own intercessor in Heaven!
