Lately Madeline loves to do her "work" during her used-to-be nap time (that's another story). She will spend 2 hours doing her workbooks and drawing pictures...on her own. I don't make her do it; she will say "it's time for my work!" and gets busy. So cute! I have to say, she has gotten better with drawing and writing everyday. She can sound out words and write them on her own, and her favorite thing to do is make notes for her daddy.
