Back to life
I was out of comission yesterday with a migraine. AAAHHHH! It has been so long since I had one and now, with the fetus and all, I cannot take my beloved Excedrin Migraine. I was pretty much in bed, in the dark, with ice packs on my head all day long. One of the best tips I ever got was from a friend in BR who would get into a hot bath with ice packs on the back of the neck. Something about conflicting signals to the brain works...and of course it has to be pitch dark...and silient...Does anyone know any homeopathic remedies I could try if I get another one? I know this is random, but I am desperate and scared to death I'll get another one.

Call prestia....it seems like there has to be something you can take. Are you almost over the first trimester? Again thanks for visiting us in the hospital...it meant a lot to Maizie and I.
