We are getting a fresh start with this move...literally. Just about everything will have to be new, including furniture. We don't have enough furniture to fill the new house! While the prospect of shopping and designing is so exciting to me, it is also very nerve-racking, because I just don't want to make a mistake. This furniture will have to last forever. I was wondering if you mommies have any good advice for durable living room furniture that hides those lovely kid stains. We are leaning towards leather...but not sure. (also tips on good places to furniture shop are greatly appreciated) Help!

We like to use Butlers here in town. We looked at Howell but the lady who helped us was of NO help. They have a ton of furniture to choose from and crazy sales people don't follow you around the store the entire time you are looking.
We have a leather couch and 2 leather chairs. They have held up much better than the cloth/ pattered chair. We got all of it at Butlers on Hwy 90. It is easy to clean...anything will wipe off! Adrienne is right, Butlers they leave you alone but are they in office for help. Prices and selection are great. Good luck!
