Parker had his well visit today and he is 28.5 inches (70th percentile) and 21.7 lbs (60th percentile). He is doing great with pretty much a clean record! They did a finger-prick to test his hemoglobin, and it came back well above the minimum requirement of 10...so...we can switch to 2% milk now--no more formula!!! whooohooo! Parker did not like laying on that table though and was pretty ticked off about the shot, but all is well now and he's back to being his happy self!

wow!! that is awesome! I've never heard of doing formula that early - YAY for you!! just out of curiosity, did they recommend 2% instead of whole milk?
My doctor said 2% as did my doctor in BR for Madeline...not sure why. He didn't say NOT whole milk just that 2% was fine because of how much food Parker is eating at this point.
We got the milk go ahead today too! I am so pumped! That's such a cute Jon-Jon in that pic:)
Yay! I bet your excited! How funny.... Henry weighs 18 lbs. and is 21.5 inches long at 14 months old! Parker is passing him up!!
Lucky duck! I've got a few weeks for our 1 year appoint. and I am so looking forward to graduating from formula. I guess we're a little slow in that dept. Is Parker's hair getting lighter?
