Great Birthday

Yesterday I turned 29. {enter sigh of disbelief here} I want to thank everyone for calling/texting/e-maling to wish me a happy day! Special thanks to Mom, Judy and Joe for singing the entire birthday song to my voicemail--that is true love. I was a very stressed yesterday because we were working on the laundry room and things were not moving fast enough {but nothing moves fast enough for me .....because I am impatient. I know this to be true} and I could not stand one more second of chaos in the dining room and no washer and dryer. The sweet phone calls through out the day really made me smile and feel loved. We went to Kyoto and ate at the hibachi grill, which was awesome and delicious! Madeline was in a trance watching the chef and really got a kick out of watching her Pop and Daddy catch food {or attempt to} in their mouths. Mom stayed true to the b-day gizame and got me a Jo's Party house cake-- super yummy and fluffy! All in all it was a great day- I am happy, healthy and blessed. Next year, however, I will be 30.
